The staff provided champagne upon arrival and managed luggage handling efficiently. they assisted with taxis and provided helpful information throughout my stay. i used all facilities until my flight after checkout. Only the room access ended at noon. i found this very accommodating.
The beach had rocks. It wasn't ideal for swimming.

I had numerous issues in the room, frustrating. the electricity failed frequently and the ac wasn't working right. the room even flooded after a shower. The balcony also had issues with closing properly.

The food and drinks were Excellent with plenty of restaurants and bars available. I found two pools and a beach. The mattresses on the allocated sunbeds were nice and thick! Manisha assisted with every request I had, going above and beyond. She really stood out.

I encountered a few problems . The room's cleanliness was not up to par as I noticed some dust in certain areas. There were stains on some towels. the food quality disappointed me, especially the limited local cuisine options available. I had expected a better variety, so I was disappointed in this respect.
